Location : Orange County,CA
Duration : 6-12 Months

Resource’s role is as functional manufacturing consultant to work with the Manufacturing departments to implement the manufacturing modules in the US instance under the existing LE in Germany.
Core Assignment: Based on the requirements, create future state, configure Oracle E-Business, assist with conversion mapping from Axapta, testing support (CRP/UAT), supporting functional design and activities for RICE. Training staff on functionality and translating business requirements into configurations and system solutions. There may be some things that have to be tweaked. Copying existing configurations and then validate. Only one site for MRP is required.
Specific Focal Points: European implementation experience as related to manufacturing modules.
Required Skill Sets {Skill sets that must be met}
• Very clear and eloquent communication and business skills / experience, in the manufacturing area. Can clearly understand and discuss business and manufacturing concepts, ability to interface with top level management, explain system issues, solutions, and implement the solution approved
• Expert knowledge of BOM, WIP, ENG, MRP, COST (intercompany costing is critical to role)
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing configurations, processes
• Ability to run validation cycles with users, support creation of scenarios, and conduct independent training classes
• Strong knowledge of R12
• International experience (implementation experience with Europe)
Skill Sets that will differentiate the resource
• Hi Tech MFG experience
• Experience with OM, INV, PO
• Experience with Agile PLM
• Management skills
• Objective oriented, driver, performance oriented, problem solver
• Independent worker, but excellent team skills when needed
• Experience implementing in Germany
• Line work in manufacturing experience
