• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Oracle Database experience (11G and prior)
• Oracle Application server experience
• SQL*Plus experience
• PL/SQL experience
• Java experience (including STRUTS)
• Javascript experience
• TOAD or SQL Developer
• Web Services

Nice to Haves:
• HTML
• jDeveloper
• Entity Relationship Modeling
• Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Experience developing environmental systems
