Role: Eagle Pace Business Analyst

Education and Experience:
Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience supporting the application management process for a mission-critical system within the Financial Services Industry.
Experience with SQL commands, RDBMS technology, Data Management principles and ETL tools.
Hands on experience implementing the Eagle PACE data warehouse application and familiarity with star schema reporting models within the Financial Services Industry.

- Knowledge of portfolio accounting, investment operations, performance measurement and market data management
- Hands on experience implementing the Eagle PACE data warehouse platform
- Understanding of RDBMS technology, messaging, ETL tools, job scheduling
- Understanding of Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives instruments
- Experience in the analysis of business requirements and data within the Financial Services Industry
- Experience with data management practices within the Financial Services Industry
- Understanding of database design concepts and ability to write SQL to query databases
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organization abilities, high-energy, flexible work style, effective interpersonal and collaborative skills
