| Required Skills | · Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst · Experience with SharePoint implementations and development projects · Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack. · Experience with use case development and testing coordination · Experience developing test plans and scenarios. · Experience working with reporting technologies. · Process development and documentation experience · Proven experience working with complex systems and the solution development life cycle · Strong customer focus skills to work with users on defining needs, addressing issues and answering questions · Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations · Strong conceptual, analytical critical thinking and problem-solving ability · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required · Experience authoring detailed business requirement and technical specification documents · Bachelor's degree in Computer – MIS, CIS, or CS Preferred. | ||
