The job details are as follows.

 

Title: IBM Data Power Consultant

Location: Simsbury, CT

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description :

 

• Study the current IT landscape and  legacy architecture

• Owns the delivery of the integration design documents

• Participate in the functional and technical design of the integration components

• Proactively identify the risk/issues in each of the interface requirements

• Manages all the technical issue resolution and escalations to the appropriate parties.

• Prepare for the technical review sessions for the interface design specifications.

• Good communications skills – facilitation, presentation and reporting, written, and upper management communication

• Strong knowledge of integration concepts

• Analytic and planning skills

• Training and knowledge transfer focus

• Hands on experience in Data Power appliances preferably XI50/XI52.

• Hands on experience in developing and designing multi-protocol gateway, web service proxy etc policies using several Data Power actions and configurations.

• Hands on experience in WTx, XSLT and DP XSL functions.
