Position: Sr SAP SRM Consultant

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Location: Columbia, SC

 

Public Sector Experience needed

 

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
The candidate will provide SAP and prior government experience and knowledge to ensure successful implementation and post- go live support and stabilization of the SRM 7.2 upgrade. He/she will assist SCEIS project manager and project team with the implementation.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively perform testing, cutover and deployment activities of SRM 7.2 upgrade
• Actively provide post-go live support resolutions and stabilization of SRM 7.2
• Assess, identify and document project risks based on best practice project experiences
• Provide and document suggestions/recommendations of SAP deployment to State project leadership to in order to mitigate risks and control issues
• Provide and document strategic recommendations for future project impacts and planning
• Provide both Functional and Technical support for the SRM 7.2 upgrade

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

• Prior experience supporting SRM 7.0 or higher
• 7-10 years of SAP Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Supplier Relationship Management experience
• Experience with multiple full cycle SAP state/public sector rollouts and upgrades
• Excellent written and oral communication skill

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

4 year college degree (BS/BA)
