Required Competencies:

 

•       The candidate should possess strong report design skills

•       Extensive experience in development and deployment of BI solutions

•       Experience with developing complex, optimized and insightful reports on iPad using Cognos BI

•       Strong Cognos development background with Active Reports for 10.1.1/10.2.1

•       Experience with overall Cognos BI tools i.e. Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Metric Studio, PowerPlayStudio, Event Studio, Business Insight, Transformer and other tools

•       Experience with Cognos BI Clients i.e. Framework Manager, Transformer, Metrics Designer

•       Experience with Windows 7, IE 8, Vista, XP, Office 2007/2010

•       Experience driving IBM Cognos Mobility reporting strategy, roadmap and implementation for Online & Offline Mobile content delivery for enterprises

•       Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to team, managers and non-technical audiences

 

Highly Desirable:

 

•       Experience with Teradata integration with Cognos BI 10.1.1/10.2.1

•       Experience within HealthCare/Pharmaceutical industry
