• Database design, installation, database upgrade, data conversion
• Database backup & recovery procedures, access security, database integrity, data storage design & mgmt.
• Database and code performance tuning
• Linux ,Windows ,Solaris
• Unix shell scripting
• Oracle 11gR2
• RAC
• ASM
• RMAN
• OEM Grid Control
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data analysis & database management
• Maintenance, enhancement, designing of physical & logical database models
• Performance & tuning of both the database and SQL
• Skilled in DBMS utilities
• Database patching
• Migrations of database from Windows to Linux
• System monitoring & alerting techniques
• LDAP
• Database backup and recovery strategies
