At least 5 years of experience in projects - Involved in systems in record keeping and administration of retirement plans. Good exposure on Retirement background – 401K, 403B experience as a Business/System analyst. Good communication skills, worked in onsite/offshore model, good client & business interaction skills. Understands the business processes in retirement. Ability to work with business clients, understand their issues and create business specifications / high-level tech requirements based on the business needs that can be used by the technology team to build appropriate software solutions. Ability to interact with technology professionals to explain requirements. Experience in web based retirement systems important. Can work independently with business and IT clients. Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams desirable.. BS degree required, Masters desired
