· Description/Comment: Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.:
Additional Job Details: Design, Develop, and Support Business Objects 4.0 Universes and Data Marts.
· A qualified candidate has 5+ years' experience with Business Objects and Data Marts.
· A solid understanding of: Business Objects XI 3.1 and/or 4.0 Universe Design Tool and/or Information Design Tool.
· Data Mart table design and development using Oracle.
· ETL design and development using PL/SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripts, and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is preferred.
· Report Design using Web Intelligence is a plus. Candidate must have effective written and oral communication skills.
· The ability to multi-task and work on various projects is essential.
