Duration: 6+ Months
Description: I need someone who can architect and implement enhancements to the HHSC Enterprise Identity and Access Management security infrastructure which utilizes the Tivoli Identity Management (TIM) software suite. I need an excellent communicator.
Minimum Requirements:
· 8 years Information Technology experience
· Architecture experience
· 6 years Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, WebSEAL, Tivoli
· 4 years J2EE technologies including JavaScript, Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts
· 4 years SQL, DB2, Web Services, LDAP, XML, Active Directory.
· 2 years Portlets including JSR168 portlets and WebSphere portlets
· 2 Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services Security
Preferred:
· 2 years Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs
