Senior BOBJ Developer with specific HR (Human Resource or Human Capital Management Skills extensively throughout their career.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         The Senior Business Objects Developer/Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and managing custom data delivery systems (incl. universes, reports, dashboards, etc.) for our customers, and help in the delivery of large scale business intelligence initiatives.

·         Business Objects Universe and report design and development tasks.

·         They will also ensure that client requirements are adequately understood and documented.

·         Excellent SQL skills

·         Excellent communication

·         Good knowledge of Crystal Reports, Xcelsius, Webi

·         Experience in data modeling, universe design, and development

·         Extensive experience with HR is a must
