Job Description :
Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a relatively complex project module. Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance. Requires extensive knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review. Responsible for coaching, and mentoring junior members in the team.
Description
Development-L2 (L2) : "Development - Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex components of a project module. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance. Requires solid knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide new members in the team to help them scale up faster."
English Language (L1) : English Language - Fluency in English Language is a must. Should have good communication skills, cross-cultural awareness in English. Should be able to speak English language well with native speakers and handle customers/project interactions comfortably. Should be able to write emails comfortably in English Language for handling project deliverables.
SQL Server (L1) : SQL Server - Ability to understand and implement Data Types, Basic SQL SELECT Statements, Restricting and Sorting Data, System Functions, Joins, Sub- Queries Creating and Managing DB Objects, Manipulating Data (DML), Constraints, Views.
Cold Fusion (L1) : "Cold Fusion - Developing Cold fusion application using CFML Tags and CF Studio. Understand SQL and Cold fusion form development. Developing Cold fusion database application. Understanding Cold fusion component and should be able to develop application using CFML controls and language components. Able to use user defined functions, writing custom tags, session management and exception management."
