Need Business Analyst @ IA

Hi,

We have a requirement with our direct client for a Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months  

Location: Des Moines, IA

Submission Deadline: 28 Jan

 

 

Responsibilities: create technical specifications for a new ACCESS database.  This will include designing new functionality for e–filing, data analysis and reports.  After obtaining necessary internal approvals, the agency will then hire a software programmer to build the system.  The business analyst will act as the project manager and monitor the work of the programmer.

 

Required Skills:

·       8 years ability to gather business requirements

·       8 years ability to work with developer to translate business requirements into technical specs

·       5 years experience with Access 2007

·       5 years experience with E-filing applications and e-payment

·       5 years designing functionality for routine accounting and monitoring reports

·       5 years government data security protocols for internet transactions

 

Highly Desired Skills:

·       Access 2013

·       5 years experience migrating data to Access Database
