Position: Salesforce.com Developers (SFDC)
No. of Position: 2
Location : West Lake/Pasadena
Duration : 6 months (Likely to get extend based on performance & budget)
Interview Time : Please schedule candidates between 07:30AM-10:30AM EST
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of strong development experience with Salesforce.com of which 2 or more with Service and Sales Cloud
A Bachelors in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects
Primary areas of expertise - Design & Configuration, Sales force Apex Coding, Visual Force Page Developing, Web services, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Process, Visual workflows,
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to analyse requirements, determine, document and communicate the optimal design/development approach to meet the requirements
Ability to configure SFDC prototypes to refine requirements and translate business needs for engineering implementation
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen.
Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities, and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions
Required Qualifications:
Certified Force.com Advanced Developer
Expertise with Visual Force, Apex Code concepts including Classes, Test Class, Triggers, and Batch Apex
Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com's SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, Security Model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, Chatter and Force.com product offerings.
Experience with database concepts and data modelling capabilities.
Experience developing in an Agile software development environment.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
Technical understanding of software development tools, testing methodologies, application and database performance, web services technology, etc.
