Location : Golden Valley, MN
Duration : 3-6+ Months Contract

MUST HAVE EXPERT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN VISUAL FORCE AND APEX TRIGGERS
POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Developer codes, tests, and debugs on Company projects, as well as revises and updates programs and documentation as required. This position services client projects in programming Salesforce.com custom components and mobile applications to ensure the client’s technical needs are met according to Magnet 360’s highest standards.
High Level Responsibilities:
Responsible for coding, testing and debugging for back-end web technical programming deliverables on Company project(s) as assigned.
Create prototypes for client engagements
Design, code, and test technical solutions
Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards
Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming language-“back-end” or server-side languages
Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Complete assignments within appropriate timeline and budget
Communicate project status to management
Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development Leadership on Projects
• Architecture & Development Best Practices
Activities to achieve the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Systems Architecture, Design & Implementation
• Elicit and document Technical Requirements through various communication channels, including face to face client interviews
• Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations
• Understand advanced relational database concepts
• Demonstrate familiarity with Real Time methodologies and technologies
• Demonstrate familiarity with Queuing and Asynchronous methodologies and technologies
• Demonstrate familiarity with Event Driven methodologies
• Proficient in the following technology competencies: HTML5, CSS3, Java, VisualForce, Apex, SalesForce
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
• Completes assignments within timeline and budget
Systems Integration, Design & Implementation
• Understand how to consume and build SOAP and REST web services
• Understand client server and internet systems architectures
Development Leadership on Projects
• Work with all internal, and external, stakeholders to achieve the project deliverables
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
• Delegate project tasks to project resources
• Provide quality oversight during all phases of the project lifecycle for technical deliverables
• Mentors and shares knowledge with team members through informal channels
• Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients
• Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
• Consistently writes correspondence that is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct
Architecture & Development Best Practices
• Strives for improvements through the constant evolution of Best Practices
• Utilizes Application and Integration Design Patterns
• Utilizes strong OOAD skills
• Understands how MVC Frameworks work and why they are important
