Strong customer facing skills - strong communication and relationships skills, Able to communicate with customers in technical & non-technical (business) terms and read/understand business documents.• Minimum of 6 years' experience with various Integration tools & methodologies• Broad experience in EAI/SOA technologies essential IBM WESB, Webservices API, Java, J2ee• Experience with various integration systems disciplines including design, development and deployment.• Experience using ESB & Webservices Development Editor (WID and eclipse).• Exposure to Banking domain.• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, SOAP, XML, and SOA is required.• Hands-on experience in using IBM Enterprise Service Bus for Service Oriented Integration solutions is strongly preferred.• Solid knowledge of integration technologies, patterns, and architectural principles.• Demonstrated critical thinking and analysis.• Demonstrated excellence in consultative, presentation, verbal and written comm.
