Position: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant

Location: Cambridge, MA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Seeking an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant for a 6+ month project in Cambridge, MA. The consultant will be involved on a reimplementation of Oracle R12. The selected candidate will write functional specifications, possess strong configuration experience, and be able to test with both seeded functionality and developed RICE items. The candidate will need to possess a strong payroll & benefits background, can analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs, and can counsel with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.

To Qualify:

·         10 years of Oracle HRMS Functional Consulting experience

·         Demonstrable experience with Requirements Gathering from HR/PR interfaces in and out of Enterprise HRMS & Payroll Apps

·         Implementation of system interfaces in and out of Enterprise HRMS and Payroll applications

·         Client facing consultative skills to drive client requirements and best practices

·         Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
