Qualifications:
This role will provide Project Management support specifically for the Human Resources business area as part of a large complex enterprise-level project, where multiple Agile teams, traditional teams, and business areas are involved.
The person in this role will need to lead and manage the HR area of the project, interacting with multiple Agile teams and non-agile business teams in situations that require a hybrid approach, using good judgement and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals.
In performing this role, the individual will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in right proportions to fit large, complex, enterprise level projects and with the appropriate level.
This person should have the following qualifications
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
• 4+ years of project management and/or leadership experience required
• Experience with multiple project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) is required Core skills/experiences that we are looking for in top candidates include:

• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and collaborating
• Ability to work with people at all levels and influence others without formal authority
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Adaptability – able to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage expectations
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view • Experience with SAFe is preferred
• Experience working on data and/or data compliance related projects/work efforts strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
