Title: VP of Manufacturing/Operations

Location: Greensboro, NC

DIRECT HIRE

Pay Rate: $175K – $225K salary + 20% ($45K – $60K) bonus

Relocation: Yes, client provides relocation assistance!

Travel: 25-40%

Interview Process: Telephone, Face to Face Interview

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, plus fifteen (15) years of Manufacturing leadership experience; Must include experience in managing multiple manufacturing facilities;
• Masters' Degree with fifteen (15) years leadership experience in manufacturing, a plus;
• This position requires extensive knowledge and skill in manufacturing. Knowledge and experience with Coatings &/or Paints and component manufacturing a plus;
• A strong financial and business acumen and the ability to plan globally across multiple manufacturing facilities to create consistencies and maximize efficiencies;
• Manufacturing management experience with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight;
• Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma experience with either Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred;
• Understanding and ability to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO/TS certifications and environmental certifications;
• Committed to building a culture accountable to serving Customers with urgency to meet or exceed expectations; always with integrity;
