Title: Servicenow BA/PM Consultant

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area.

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

 

Job Description:

This role is not as technical as most Servicenow roles.

This is more of a BA/PM with the PPM Module experience.

• Familiar with the Portfolio Project Management module within ServiceNow.

This should include each of the modules: project planning and creation; scheduling planning console, project execution tracking, resource management, demand management (this includes the ideation aspect of submitting ideas), program and portfolio management, project management reporting.

Note that we are using Version Istanbul now and will be moving to Version Jakarta at the end of this month.

• Knowledge and skills in project management, including evaluations of risks and issues - knowing the difference between them

• Able to work with individual project managers across CIO, NWS, NESDIS, etc to translate highly technical criteria to high-level tasks and deliverables, including budget, schedule, performance, and risk.
