This is a direct-client opening for a JDA Demand Planning Techno Functional Consultant. The position is based in Chicago, IL. 50% of the time with travel the other 50% of the time. Expenses will be paid.

Our client is looking for JDA Demand consultant with experience in Oracle .The individual must have 5+ years of experience in JDA , have broad knowledge of the entire supply chain cycle and in-depth knowledge of planning, forecasting, PM and MFG processes. Ability to work independently and lead discussions to implement best practices.

Technical/Functional Skills

 

Candidate needs to have thorough experience in JDA/Manugistic Demand 360, fulfillment and JDA Transport management systems
Should have worked in interface design, customizations and custom report generations.
Must have worked on inbound and outbound interfaces which loads data in JDA and sends JDA processes to different systems.
Should have worked as a functional and technical consultant in JDA.
Must be self-driven to help achieve desired results
Should have strong communication and management skills. Should have experience in creating project plans, tracking schedules, identify risks and create mitigation plans.
Must be able to independently manage diverse teams from various business areas to complete critical short duration projects.
Experience in Oracle environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate existing system needs and make changes to improve forecasting accuracy using JDA Demand 360
Design, develop and configure JDA Demand 360 based on the user requirements
Prepare test cases and unit test the changes
Help in conducting Integration testing
Provide BAT support
Handling JDA related master data & organization change management
Imparting JDA training to all users
Support Final preparation and deployment of changes
Hyper care support for each roll out
