• # Experience creating technical designs validating them, and following them through rigorous hard work.
• # Good unit testing and integration test strategies.
• # Good written and oral communication and decent experience to appreciate importance of good project management.
• # Good programming skills with experience leading small to medium projects.
• # Knowledge and experience working with Teradata based systems
• # Good teamwork and operational skills.
• # Familiarity with Hadoop and enthusiam to learn new technologies
