SME/Sr. BA Commercial (Patient Services), Biogen: (RTP/Cary, NC)
6+ years of experience is required
Strong Business Acumen in Specialty Pharma or strong Pharmacy
In-Depth understanding of Process flows within Specialty Pharma

o Benefit Investigation
o Financial Assistance
o Prior-Authorization
o Nurse education


Must have executed project in the Specialty Pharma Business
Strong verbal and written communication
Knowledge of SFDC Service cloud is a plus
Good knowledge in Salesforce (SFDC)
Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries
Works independently to test Salesforce configuration workflows, test case
development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and
functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
