Job Description:

 

Sr. PM (12+ years) with background in manufacturing, agriculture, and/or commodity products

• Needs experience in building/working with cross functional team
• Experience in doing plant workflow assessment
• Experience in being a customer engagement manager (especially for demanding customers)
• Very strong business acumen, creativity in problem solving, & ability to set and execute to a vision
• Experience in doing plant workflow assessment
• Good presentations skills would be helpful in this role
• Knowledge of other MES (manufacturing execution systems) or MOM (manufacturing operations management) systems would be helpful, but not required
• PMI background also helpful,  PMI certification not required
• Some travel to customer sites.
