*Job Description – TSA/PO for Credit*

*The ideal candidate has strong understanding and skills in Digital
architectures involving microservices, who has worked on digital
transformation initiatives. A successful candidate will be both business
domain and technically savvy.*

- 10 to 12 Years of total IT Experience
- 3+ Years of experience in T-Mobile, *will be good with experience in
Credit Domain*
- Extensive experience in writing Stories in both (Scrum and Kanban)
- Extensive (3+ Years) experience in developing Swaggers based on the
Requirements in Clearwater
- Extensive experience (5+ Years) in developing Sequence Diagrams using
coding (Plant UML)
- Extensive experience (3+ Years) in working with APIGEE
- Significant previous work writing to network-based APIs, preferably
REST/JSON, XML/SOAP
- Solid background in JEE Application Server Technology and JEE. –
Extensive background in Databases (Cassandra will be added advantage)
- Knowledge of the Spring Framework Features: – Spring MVC, Spring
Integration, Spring Security, Spring Boot
- Understanding of Messaging Systems such as RabbitMQ, JMS, JBoss
Messaging, IBMMQ, ActiveMQ
- Understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test
Driven Development
- Hands-on Experience in implementing security (JWT / JWE) for Data
Encryption
- Experience in handling Onsite-Offshore coordination

· Effectively communicates with various stakeholders. Candidate
must have superior written, verbal and presentation skills

· Participates in defining domain technical roadmaps with
architects, IT & Business leadership

· Has strong technical skills in digital architecture with an
ability to breakdown high level design to low level design

· Owns and drives functional scope analysis and detailed solution
design documentation of the processes/systems within domain for each
project assigned

· Translates business requirements into process/system impacts and
functional requirements, and identify/assess potential data source

· Leads issue resolution efforts to help Ops and QA teams

· Researches, identifies and drives improvements in application,
and performance by effectively collaborating across teams and leveraging
tools

· Drives collaboration with business and IT partner teams to
develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on
potential process and system solution options

· Creates user stories , conducts grooming and demo sessions with
development team and other stakeholders

· Leads analysis and translation of business, information, and
technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs
within domain

· Strong code analysis to identify the impact and triage the defects

· Knowledge in Bad-debt Collections, billing system, FICO products
is highly desirable
