Job Description :
Excellent understanding of Telecom CLEC/ILEC line of business & related products/services- Broadband, SIP Trunking, HPBX, DIA, Mobility, SD-WAN, MPLS, etc
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Telecom Order Management Systems, having knowledge at Customer/Service/Resource level
Should have good understanding in terms of process & applications with
        LSR & ASR Orders
        LSOG & ASOG Guidelines
        Pre orders, Loop Qualification, Address Validations, etc.
        Wholesale Carrier Provisioning Providers like Neustar, etc
        Interfaces like - Sales Systems, Billing Systems, Inventory Management System, etc.
 
Working experience in Agile and fast paced working project methodologies
 
Nice to have:
Cost-Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis and Requirements Management
Provide end-user training
Business Process Improvement and Measurement.
Test in-house and vendor software releases
Knowledge of eTOM/TOM is a plus
Showing discretion and independent judgment.  At times you will need to make decisions that may have a significant financial impact.  It is important these decisions be made with sound business judgment in a manner that keeps Granite’s financial interests in mind while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Aware of industrial architecture patterns, Open API standards, API first design, synchronous and asynchronous design patterns and Cloud native architecture.
Create test plans and test cases and execute testing according to plan
