Job Description:
Must Have
4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with proven track record to improve service
health, security, customer experience and remove DevOps toil.
4+ years of relevant software design and development experience in C#, .Net, Power Shell, and
batch commands
Exposure to windows services, windows shell commands, tools like task manager, perfmon,
Filemon and other windows system toolsets
Experience in SQL Server admin commands and basic SQL
Prior experience implementing and optimizing Build and Release pipelines incorporating
infrastructure and configuration as code.
Prior experience driving security assessments .
Demonstrated experience generating deep data insights including performance related data to
drive decisions and improvements.
Familiarity with common software design principles.
Previous experience as SRE to enable business needs, decisions, and requirements
Demonstrated ability to assess and triage service-related incidents and problems
Ability to articulate risks and risk mitigations to technical, business, and executive audiences in
verbal and written formats
Experience presenting to large and small diverse audiences
Direct experience defining and building programs and processes that maximize efficiency to
participants and stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate well, both technically and interpersonally.
Ability to balance competing demands and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
Distributed systems architecture, statistics background
Experience in Azure Kusto (KQL-Kusto Query Language) a plus.
Responsibilities:
Look at Kazmon (telemetry platform) alerts, dashboards, debug the code, and work with
Release Manager for deployment
Ability to look at metrics and monitoring tools, able to use remote desktop, work with
DocuSign Operations team
Drive reliability initiatives and contribute to development efforts to release new features
ensuring E2E service reliability and a great customer experience.
Full engagement in agile-based software development environment.
In-depth data analysis to identify service trends and make necessary adjustments and
improvements.
Introduce and maintain continuity and recoverability capabilities.
Apply availability, performance, and scalability expertise to ensure Liquid services continue to
meet partner expectations.
Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and
the use of data and operational dashboards
Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health,
manageability, reliability, and telemetry.
Own, triage, investigate and resolve service issues with an emphasis on broad communications,
learning & teaching throughout the process
Ability to read, write, configure, design, and script end-to-end service telemetry, alerting and
self-healing capabilities for platforms.
Authoring functional and technical documentation.
This role will be reporting to the dev management
