Job Title:Senior Scrum Master
Location:Atlanta, GA (remote initially)
Job Description:
Must have SAFE SM certification
Should have worked in AGILE teams for at least 5+ years.
Should have 3+ years of SM experience.
Development background is a must with Java and integration exposure for 3-5 years
Needs to have exposure to Jira
Should have managed distributed Agile teams spanning 10 member size.
Strong communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills demonstrated through successfully leading large and complex change initiatives
Able to priorities and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Facilitate and track technical, functional teams for design and development deliverable.
Enforce process to ensure best practice coding standards to maintain the excellent code quality.
Facilitate reviews to make sure best practices are followed.
Work towards improving delivery efficiencies.
 
Mandatory Skills:
Agile scrum certifications and hands on experience, Java, springboot
