It is Very Very Immediate requirement.
 
Demonstrated aptitude of the residential mortgage "life of the loan" origination processes.
Loan Application
Loan Decisioning
Opening
Underwriting
Processing
Closing
Funding
Servicing System Boarding
Knowledge of residential mortgage loan products (ARM's, Home Equity, Unsecured Lines of Credit and Piggybacks) and loan pricing (base and add-ons).
Proven track record working with Fannie Mae's Version 7.1 DU and CDU applications.
Complete Understanding Of:
Profile Access Manager (PAM)
Initial DU and CDU configuration setups
Out of the box DU and CDU functionality
The characteristics in the loan application and credit report that DU/CDU uses to evaluate risk and provide underwriting recommendations
Integrating a POS platform with DU/CDU. The detailed information required for complete and accurate submission and re-submission of loans to DU/CDU
Integrating an LOS platform with DU/CDU. Developing an integrated solution using supported file formats and Fannie Mae XML-based Integration Services (XIS)
Accurately interpreting and validating the Verification Messages and Approval Conditions stated in the DU Underwriting Findings Report
Possibilities and limitations of the Custom Desktop Underwriter® (CDU) application
 Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, credit policy guidelines, credit risk and loan eligibility criteria.

Bonus – Working Knowledge and Experiences:
Working experience with Fidelity's Empower Loan Origination System.
Knowledgeable with Rate Renew and Loan Modification underwriting and credit requirements.
Knowledgeable and experienced with "Auto Decision" software applications supporting consumer direct web applications qualifying and providing mortgage product, rate,

and loan value results, "real time".
Understanding of risk based pricing models.
