Title: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Location - Downtown with limited international travel
Duration - 3+ months
Required:
- Global roll out experience with localizations
- Multiple projects completed for implementation setups
Preferences include:
- Multi-lingual consultants, preferably in Spanish, Italian or Russian
- Czech Republic or Commonwealth of Independent State(CIS) exposure
Required Skills:
* Experience in at least four, full-life cycle implementations of current versions of E-Business Suite HRMS modules as a functional lead
* Proficient with at least 3 modules of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS suite (Advanced Benefits, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, HR Business Intelligence)
* Experience in project management and/or general management
* Knowledge on configuring Compensation Workbench.
* Knowledge of business processes and best practices, specifically as it pertains to HRMS
* Experience in developing reports in XML Publisher
* Oracle E-Business Suite certification is a plus
Business Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a *trusted advisor* relationship with the client
* Ability to solve complex problems
* Ability to demonstrate strong interest in customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate soft skills: work well under stress; able to deliver excellent quality results with minimum direction and detail; professional; strong leadership qualities; self-starter
* Must be solid team player, able to meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities
