Job Title: QA Tester

Experience with testing Pega and FileNet applications is a MUST
Bachelor's degree with 7 - 9 years of experience. This position is responsible for the enterprise-wide planning, design, execution, and management of activities required for testing of the most complex software configurations and functionality before, during development, and after installation. The position requires an expert level of understanding regarding the architectural design and infrastructure interaction of all systems in order to anticipate and test for end operating results and potential failure points. The position uses a strategic approach to test design and execution and has a mastery level understanding of project management, technology, architecture, data design and testing. Teaches others about the theory and practical application of what happens and why it happens in system testing.
