Experience 

• 1-2 years Technical Support, showing strong analytical skills 

• 3-6 years of Windows Operating System support 

• Participation on cross-functional teams 

• Strong troubleshooting skills, fault isolation and resolution. 

• 3-5 years of systems support/troubleshooting experience 

• Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server OS required 

• Microsoft clustering 

• Veritas Storage Foundation 

• SAN Infrastructure–EVA/NetApp 

• VMWare 

• HP Data Protector 

• SCCM/SCOM 

• Scripting knowledge 

• PerfMon 

• Microsoft Active Directory 

• HP and Dell hardware experience 

• HP Blades 

• McAfee 

• Fluent in English
