* 3-5 years of experience in testing access products in telecom network domain (BLM/GPON/ONT)
* Should have experience in testing Multi-Service Access Platforms and associated technologies
* Ability to design test cases, analyze the gaps and improve coverage in test plans
* Basic knowledge L3 routing
* Working knowledge of test equipments (traffic generators * Spirent, IXIA, N2X, etc)
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Good presentation Skills & Communication Skills
* Good debugging skills to interact with the development team for bug fix and verification
