Job Description:
One of my client's in NH is looking for a Payroll/HR Business Analyst for a 3+ month project.  The Business Analyst for Payroll Services is a key individual contributor and an essential part of  project team that gathers requirements and creates the required documentation/deliverables in support of the overall product development and deployment process. The Business Analysis function is responsible for delivering quality products to customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs, assisting in the development of business cases, maintaining primary accountability for the development and documentation of business requirements and operational procedures as well as the design & documentation of functional and technical specifications.
