o Data Loading tools – Informatica's Power Center tool, SFDC Data Loader, Salesforce.com's Excel connector
o Data Cleansing –CRM Fusion's Demand Tools
o Development tools – Eclipse, Apex Explorer, CVS
o Programming and scripting – Java, javascripts, Unix scripts
o Databases – Oracle, SQL, SOQL
o Operating systems: Unix, windows
o Exact Target App Exchange Product
o Evaluate App Exchange Products
o Salesforce Mobile Experience
o Ad-hoc data loading using Data Loader
o Work Request Management
· § Analyze requests
· § Create design documents when necessary
· § Code
· § Update existing or write new Informatica Power Center jobs
· § Participate in code review sessions
· § Create implementation plan documents
· § Create unit test cases for each request
· § Work with the business during User Testing stage
