Description: SharePoint Developer

Job Description Responsible for development and SharePoint consulting on a global team. This includes: Working with the business developers to consult on best SharePoint practices and client standards. Research and promote best SharePoint development practices. Implement new development and support initiatives. Actively participate in design and code reviews. Provide feedback and suggestions on technology improvements. Implement and design reusable components. Trains the IS organization via the Client Services and application areas. Consults on line of business SharePoint projects. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Participation in maintenance window operations.

Detailed Job Description (tasks and deliverables) Looking for a SharePoint/.NET developer to build custom SharePoint webparts/features and templates.
We are developing with Visual Studio 2010 and SharePoint 2010. 
Mandatory Experience working with:
SharePoint 2010
Visual Studio 2008 or 2010
Building custom web parts / features for SharePoint using Visual Studio
Working with SharePoint branding, creating SP themes and master pages
Experience customizing the UI of SharePoint 2010 using Visual Studio 2010 and SharePoint designer
