Job Title: Oracle Tech Lead
Location:  Denver, CO
Duration:  6+ Months

We need a rock solid Oracle Tech Lead that can manage and lead all  components and has some JAVA/Fusion/ADF skills.  This person needs to have 7-10 years of experience

PRIMARY SKILLS
- Strong Java background
- Skilled in Fusion Middleware Technologies (AIA/ODI/OSB)
- SOA 11g,BPEL,BAM
- Experienced in Jdeveloper
- Ant Scripts for Integration deployment
- Experience in Synchronous/Asynchronous integrations using SOA Suite
- Experience in Projects involving multiple integrations with 3rd Party Apps
- Integration experience of at least 2 projects

MANDATORY SKILLS
- Oracle Fusion Application development experience
- Knowledge of  SOA11g, ADF (ADFBc, ADF Faces), Webcenter
- Application Administration (DB, Application,OBIEE, BAM Servers)
- User Authentication and Role Management
- Application Performance monitoring and tuning
- Defining Patching strategy and Patch application, maintain patch inventory
- Basic administration activities Startup, Shutdown, Server bouncing etc
- Prior Experience of On Demand Engagement

SECONDARY SKILLS
- 3+ years solid experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies
- Experience in On site Integration Lead role
- Experience in Managing and Guiding offshore Integration team
- Provide integration strategy for identified integration needs and deliver design
- Experience of Analyzing integration logs and perform RCA
- Good verbal and documentation skills
- Experienced in Documenting as per Oracle AIMs e.g. MD070, TE020,MD120 templates
