Here is some details on the Salesforce.com developer/Admin role.

The candidate we are looking for will meet the following technical profile:

1. Not just a Salesforce administrator, but a developer experience in Salesforce

   customization and development

2. Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle, in particular requirements

   gathering and specification

3. Experience as Salesforce administrator (certification is a plus)

4. Experience as Salesforce developer (certification is a plus)

5. Experience with integration with legacy systems and integration tools

6. Experience with the Salesforce API

7. Experience with Java is a plus, with Java certification being a big plus

8. Experience with web development in general (CSS, HTML, Javascript) is a nice to have

9. Experience with Python or Ruby is a nice to have
