Job Title  : .NET Developer.
Location  : St Louis, MO or Richmond, VA.
Duration  : 6-8 Months.
 
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree and 10+ yrs IT work experience, including 7 or more years technology-related project work, or equivalent combination of education and experience
C# and asp.net application experience is a must
Project experience with service consumption in a service oriented architecture is a must
Candidate must adhere to critical deadlines demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy to understand business terms
Excellent Interpersonal skills are required to motivate team members and to quickly gain the trust and confidence of other IT members across the organization
Strengths in gathering, assessing, and prioritizing requirements from diverse groups
Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions across multiple groups and document clear, accurate and testable requirements
Developing functional and system requirements, as well as providing options and solutions
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
Candidates possessing the following are preferred:  knowledge of querying tools such either desktop or mainframe is desired. Extensive experience in large scale web technology projects involving C#/.NET using SQL/Oracle databases and XML web services is preferred.  Extensive project experience developing deliverables using formal SDLC practices is a requirement.  Microsoft Office; Quality Center; TTS/BETA mainframe (helpful)
Project experience with service consumption in a service oriented architecture is a must
