Job Description:
· Excellent experience in EEM tool Administration
· Maintain and refresh EEM test environment
· Liaison with EEM vendor (Manhattan) for application fixes
· Install system upgrades and oversee UAT of upgrades. Deploy upgrades to production
· Support and troubleshoot mobile scanning devices. Package and apply scanner updates as required.
· Monitor scanner activity
