• The candidate should have very good communication skills along with excellent sourcing techniques.
• Should have prior experience working with Vendors, job portals, networking sites in sourcing resumes.
• Should have excellent interviewing and negotiating skills.
• Should reach the target in stipulated time frame.
• Coordinate with consultants and Accounts manager in closing the job position.
• Able to work in a team and abide by company's norms.
