Position:  SAP Solution Manager BPM

Location:  Atlanta , GA

Duration: 6 Months

 

JD:

ARIS & SAP Solution Manager BPM requirements

• 5+ years of experience of Business Process Modeling using Software AG's ARIS Platform products

• 5+ years of experience of Business Process Monitoring using SAP Solution Manager

Business Process Monitoring (70%)

• Perform Synchronization between ARIS database and SAP Solution Manager

• Build Business Blueprint structure in SAP Solution Manager

• Create Projects in SAP Solution Manager

• Perform reverse Business Process documentation in SAP Solution Manager

• Set up Solution Document assistant and perform RBPD setup

• Set up pre-requisites for SAP Solution Manager and Managed systems to be monitored for Business Process Monitoring (Software plug ins, BI content activation etc.)

• Define core Business  processes in scope for monitoring

• Define and create monitoring concept

• Help set up Security and Access

• Help setup RFC connections for Managed systems and user setups

• Help setup Basis Interface

• Finalize Business Processes (3 level) in solution manager

• Set up monitoring and alerting framework in Solution Manager

• Configure monitoring objects and out of the box key figures for application specific monitoring

• Create template users and monitoring activities templates

• Integrating ARIS with SAP Solution Manager

 

"Business Process Modeling  (30%)

• Understand Business Requirements and analyze 'End-user Business Process' impact for assigned projects

• Lead and facilitate scoping workshops to identify ADD/CHANGE/DELETE requests for CCNAG's Business Process Architecture and document Business Process Modeling scope using BPM scope document template

• Analyze given Project/Business Process documentation and develop 'draft/straw man' Business Process Models (ARIS EPC Models) in ARIS database

• Understand & analyze Microsoft -Visio Process flows and convert them to ARIS 'EPC' standard.

• Facilitate and lead Business Process requirements gathering and Business Process design workshops with very large group of IT and Business SME's.

• Facilitate and lead Business Process Model review sessions with very large groups of IT and Business SME's, document their feedback/inputs and make necessary adjustments to process models in ARIS

• Perform BPM QA and execute sematic check reports on developed ARIS process models, identify and analyze reported issues and work with relevant SME's to fix all the issues identified during QA process.

• Work with Project team BA's to build traceability between all the Business Process models and Business Requirements using Blueprint tool for the assigned projects.

• Run required reports on ARIS database based on business and IT end-user community requests

• Facilitate process model sign-off sessions with Business Process Owners and procure approval on all of the process models developed for the assigned projects.

• Enhance the existing training materials, manuals and user-guides for ARIS platform to make them always up-to-date and current.

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on the usage of ARIS Business Publisher and promote the awareness of ARIS 'EPC' standard for Business Process documentation within CCNAG Business and IT teams.
