Job Description
- 5+ years of work experience in a related
- IT field /OO / Web development background (preferred .Net)
- Planning/organizational, collaboration, soft skills, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills
- Leadership skills, project management skills, and mentoring ability
- Proficiency with database applications; distributed, and/or web programming languages
- Basic knowledge of asset management (real estate preferred), insurance and financial services products
- Experience working in an agile environment a plus
