- Minimum of five years hands on programming experience in a business environment
- Some college degree preferred in the field of computer science, programming, engineering, or business
- Design and development using Java and J2EE technologies, UNIX flavor operating system
- Experience in Flex programming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams and business partners
- Airline background desired
