The ideal technical candidate is a full-stack developer with strong
front-end skills. I think the most important requirement is experience with
Angular. If they don't have Angular experience, they're going to have
trouble with the work here. Angular is relatively new, so the most
experienced engineers will have 2-3 years experience, which is great.
Having experience with CakePHP is also a plus, but someone with 3-5 years
experience with PHP should be able to pick up CakePHP quickly.

In addition to technical skills, the right person will need to have some
interest in UX design and experience interacting with a variety of business
units (both technical and non-technical).
