Oracle HCM/HRMS Consultant - TX..

Position:    Oracle HCM/HRMS Consultant

Location:             West Palm Beach, FL and Dallas/ Fort Worth, TX  

Duration:             6 months to start, extension for top performers

Interview process:   Tech Screen then Client Interview both by phone

 

 

Required Skills:

·         8+ years' experience with ERP/Financial Systems & underlying business processes

·         Oracle Fusion Application Experience is a MUST

·         5+ years' experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 OR PeopleSoft HCM

·         Must have Taleo experience if working with HCM modules

·         Understanding of integrations with third party applications such as Kronos and ADP

·         Must have an extensive experience with OTBI and BI Publisher tools (Finance and HR Reporting Hub)

·         Skills with flex fields, configurations, import, export utilities for data sets preferred

·         Strong interpersonal/communication with excellent client facing skills

·         Knowledge of Financial Services Industry (recommended)
