What are the job responsibilities?The Information Technology Security Consultant – RSA Archer Admin/Dev position is responsible for coordinating the development, maintenance, implementation and support of RSA Archer application(s). Archer represents a core security and risk application supporting global governance, risk, and compliance for the organization. This role performs the function of subject matter expert supporting the Archer application. The position will perform a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the work of others.
Will work in a collaborative team environment to deploy and support Archer solutions leveraged by internal customers. The position being filled will participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients, solution architecture design, solution construction and the implementation of Archer solutions.
Position Responsibilities
• Must demonstrate understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures, in addition to expertise and knowledge of eGRC framework design and development.
• Work with Archer BA position on design, development/configuration, and production installations.
• Support team for all projects. Completes Archer configuration work based on specifications and requests.
• Assists in providing production support to the application for end users.
• Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across functional/organizational lines.
• Participating in the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product.
• Understand business requirements needed for successful Archer implementations.
• Designing and building Archer Solutions.
• Planning and managing the product lifecycles of existing Archer implementations.
• Assisting with performing technical and competitive analysis of Archer solutions, including performance, debugging and other operational metrics.
• 4+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry.
• 4+ years of experience and knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• 2 years' experience in the following: Archer configuration management processes version 5.x, IT development work supporting a web-based application with scripting and HTML, SDLC proficiency including project management, UAT/QA testing practices, change logs and issue management.
• MS Office; intermediate to advanced skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
