In case of H1b consultants visa copy is a must.
To support the needs of Revenue Management system programs. Below specific need is backend testing. Someone with strong with technical knowledge and expertise in statistical analysis would fit the needs for this requirement. Since there will be huge investment made in this resource, I would hope that he/she would sustain and not leave.
For Gemini RMS (Back-End) batch processes, here are some high level skill sets required:
1. Orchestrate (be able to work with large vloume datasets created as part of the batch process in Linux, Orchestrate is also known as IBM Datastage but we use in the old-school style, not the GUI Version; wrte our own operators and wrappers)
2. C, C++, ProC
3. SQL (be able to pull, merge, transform data from EDW or Microsoft APS)
4. Statistical analysis knowledge (capable of using SAS)
