1.Java (5+ years)
2. IBM Websphere Message Broker (WMB) (3+ years)
3. IBM Websphere MQ (MQ) (3+ years)
4. Highly Recommended:
a. Agile experience
b. Unix/Solaris experience
5. If Possible:
a. Any Volante Designer experience
b. Financial Services experience
